A submission is a single request sent to Margin Resolve — for example, one checklist completed, one work order raised, one incident report submitted, or one IT helpdesk request. Your plan includes a monthly submission allowance.

Each time someone completes or submits a record (checklist, ticket, incident, request), that counts as one submission, regardless of how many fields are inside it.

Yes — all plans include unlimited users, so you don’t pay per seat. Pricing scales based on features and submission volume.

Yes — every plan includes access to all Margin Resolve modules. Higher plans unlock advanced capabilities like multi-location, advanced analytics, geo-fencing, auto-routing, and automated scheduling.

Multi-location support starts on the Scale plan. If you operate multiple sites, Scale or above is usually the best fit.

Yes — Margin Resolve includes an iOS and Android app, so teams can complete checks, raise work orders, and report incidents on-site.
