Create a location, add basic details (name, address, timezone), then assign managers and default checklists/workflows to that location.

Add an asset (e.g., oven, fridge, POS, HVAC), set its location and category, then attach it to checklists, calibrations, or ticket types so reporting stays consistent.

Build your checklist template, choose the frequency, assign it to roles/locations, and set reminders. Completed checklists are automatically stored in the audit trail.

Open Tickets, choose the ticket type, set priority, add notes/photos, and submit. The ticket is assigned based on your routing rules (or to a default owner).

Tickets move through your configured statuses (e.g., New → In Progress → Awaiting Parts → Resolved). Approvals can be enabled so certain tickets require manager review before closing.

Create roles (e.g., Crew, Supervisor, Manager, Head Office), then choose what each role can view/edit/approve. Assign users to roles per location if needed.

Log in, select your location, then complete assigned checks or create tickets/incidents. Offline/poor signal handling depends on your plan/setup, but submissions sync when connected.

On a checklist item, ticket, or incident, tap Add Attachment to upload photos/files. Attachments remain linked to the record for audit and investigations.

Use Reporting to filter by date, location, module, and status. Export to CSV/PDF (where enabled) and share with auditors or internal stakeholders

Users can reset passwords from the login screen. Admins can require 2FA for roles or globally, and users can enroll via their profile/security settings.
