You build simple, repeatable risk-check templates that match how your teams operate—daily safety rounds, weekly area checks, monthly compliance checks, or site walkthroughs. Teams complete them on mobile or web while they walk the site.
When something is unsafe, staff don’t just tick “fail” and move on. They capture the evidence there and then, and create the next step immediately:
A physical hazard (broken flooring, damaged handrail, blocked exit, faulty lighting) becomes a maintenance work order with priority and due date.
A near-miss or safety event becomes an incident report with corrective actions and follow-up.
A safety-relevant system issue (for example, CCTV or access system faults where applicable) can be raised as an IT ticket.
